Interested in officiating?

Currently, Northwest Indy Athletics (NWIA) assigns for the the following sports:

• Basketball 

• Volleyball

• Futsal

• Flag Football

If you are interested in becoming an official with NWIA you will need to sign-up below. 

 

Sign-up will include the following:

1. W-9 (please print, complete and bring to venue when you officiate.)

2. SubContractor Workers Compensation Waiver Form

3. General Liability Waiver Form

​

If all forms are not completed and submitted, you can not officiate for Northwest Indy Athletics (NWIA).
